CLIENT PROJECTS & SELECTED RESULTS

Connected systems.Practical outcomes.

An Australian real estate company needed organised enquiries and consistent follow-up. A service-app company needed freelancer applicants and a manageable application process.

Different needs. Different measures. These anonymized examples separate what we implemented from the lead-generation outcomes recorded.

TWO CLIENT EXAMPLES
3

Scheduled prospect check-in emails within an Australian property company's enquiry and CRM workflow.

400+

Interested freelancer applicant leads for a service-app client through Facebook advertising.

Workflow implementation and applicant lead generation are different outcomes. Neither figure is a claim of completed sales or hires.
ANONYMIZED CLIENT PROJECTS

Two businesses. Two practical systems.

A property enquiry and a freelancer application need different journeys. These projects show how we connected lead capture, follow-up and day-to-day management around each business.

AUSTRALIAN REAL ESTATE COMPANY
3

Scheduled check-in emails for prospects after an enquiry.

Anonymized client project

Property enquiries and follow-up in one place.

The need: A real estate company needed a central place to manage enquiries, maintain follow-up and retrieve prospect conversations across channels.

What we built: An enquiry funnel connected to a CRM, with a three-email check-in sequence and notifications when a prospect submits the form. Website contact buttons and social links make it easier for customers to reach the company.

The CRM provides a contact database for new-property emails. Centralised email and connected social conversation history makes earlier exchanges easier to retrieve, instead of relying on separate searches across channels.

Operational outcome: Funnel leads are captured in one place, the team receives new-enquiry notifications, and routine check-ins follow a planned sequence. This automates repetitive steps and makes follow-up more consistent, with less reliance on someone remembering or feeling comfortable chasing a prospect.

Customer journey:
Website enquiry → CRM record → three check-in emails → ongoing new-property communication.

This example describes the implemented workflow. It does not claim a measured increase in sales, conversion or hours saved.

SERVICE-APP COMPANY · B2B
400+

Freelancer applicant leads generated through Facebook advertising.

Anonymized client project

From Facebook interest to a manageable applicant pipeline.

The need: A service-app company needed to attract freelancers and give business owners a clear way to monitor applications and submitted documents.

What we delivered: Facebook advertising that generated more than 400 leads interested in applying as freelancers, supported by a digital application and document-submission process.

Application and document capture were automated so submissions could be monitored in one place. Business owners received an overview of applicants and an email notification whenever a new application arrived.

Outcome: More than 400 freelancer applicant leads from the advertising campaign, plus a central overview of applications, submitted documents and new-applicant notifications.

Applicant journey:
Facebook ad → application → document submission → applicant overview and email notification.

The 400+ figure refers to interested applicant leads. It does not represent 400 completed applications, approved freelancers or hires. This is a client campaign, separate from My Digital Hive's own lead-generation testing.

Client identities are withheld. These examples describe implemented workflows and selected lead-generation outcomes. Results vary by business, offer, market, budget and execution.
OTHER SELECTED CAMPAIGN OUTCOMES

Additional experience, with separate measures.

My Digital Hive's own testing generated 400+ leads. A separate property campaign generated 200+ leads from approximately A$1,500 in advertising spend. Another property example recorded regular inbound calls beginning within approximately four months. These figures describe enquiry activity, not completed sales, and are separate from the service-app campaign above.

WHAT WE MEASURE

The numbers should tell us something useful about the business.

We care less about impressive-looking activity and more about whether the digital work is creating stronger commercial signals.

01

Quality of enquiries

Whether the right people are raising their hand — not simply whether more forms are being submitted.

02

Movement through the journey

Whether prospects are moving from attention to enquiry and onward toward a real sales conversation.

03

Consistency

Whether the business is becoming less dependent on one-off activity, manual follow-up or chance.

04

Commercial value

Whether the digital system is contributing to opportunities that matter to the business.

The right metric depends on the business. A property company, technology provider and professional services firm should not all be judged by the same dashboard.
RESULTS WITH CONTEXT

The goal is not more activity. It is better commercial movement.

If your business is generating attention but the path from interest to enquiry, follow-up and sales is not working as well as it should, that is where we can help.

We start with the business outcome you are trying to improve — then look at what is getting in the way.
Results vary by business, market, offer, budget and execution.
