My Digital Hive helps established businesses build stronger digital customer journeys by connecting strategy, websites and the systems that support enquiry and sales.
Our view is simple: technology should support the commercial problem — not define it.
The best digital system is not the one with the most technology. It is the one that makes the business work better.
That means understanding the customer journey, the commercial goal and where opportunities are being lost before deciding what should actually be built.
Commercial thinking before software. We focus on the business outcome first.
Customer journey before individual channels. The parts need to work together.
Clarity before complexity. We do not add technology simply because it exists.
My Digital Hive was built around a problem we kept seeing: businesses were investing in websites, advertising, CRM platforms and automation, but those pieces were often being treated as separate projects.
The technology was there. The activity was there. What was often missing was the connection between them.
That led to a different approach — understand how the business actually wins customers, identify where the journey is breaking, and then build only what is needed to strengthen it.
The digital experience has to support the commercial conversation, not sit separately from it.
A website, campaign or CRM makes more sense when viewed as part of a connected customer experience.
The goal is not complexity. It is a system that makes sense for the business and the people using it.
My Digital Hive is led by Cristina Aracil, whose background spans more than two decades in sales, customer relationships and commercial growth.
That experience shapes the questions we ask: what does the customer need to understand, who handles an enquiry, and what helps the sales conversation progress?
The more important question is: does this make it easier for customers to enquire and for your team to follow up?
We bring that sales perspective to website structure, enquiry forms, lead ownership and follow-up. The scope is agreed around the business and the people who will use the system.
Sales and commercial experience.
Business problem before technology.

If your website, customer journey or digital systems no longer reflect where the business is today, we can help you work out what should happen next.
